Cooking Class for Teens and Young Adults
The menu will include:
Caesar Salad with Croutons
The chef will make pasta, red sauce, dough for garlic bread, and salad. The participants will make the cheese mixture to pipe in the layers of their lasagna roll, assemble the lasagna roll, roll out the dough for garlic bread, make the garlic butter to go on top and assemble, and make the croutons.
